We’re a family-owned business and we consider each of our employees to be a part of our family in a significant if not literal way. That is, we treat each of them with the same professional respect as we do our own kin, and we expect them to be as dedicated to our family’s credo as are we: that we will exhibit uncompromising honesty in everything we do among ourselves and for our customers.
What does that mean for you?
We’re committed to doing whatever we can to help you with your memorial purchasing experience—whether you need advice in a time of need or are simply planning ahead. In sum, you can rest assured that we’ll provide you with the most accurate and honest information. We would never pressure or rush you into a decision. And we would never contact you or other family members after the loss of a loved one.
We create our memorials from the highest quality materials and by engaging the most-skilled craftsmen.
We’ve been stonecutters for three generations. Our unique craft was brought from Germany to Wisconsin by our ancestor, Kurt Pechmann (1922-2009), and passed on to his son and grandson. We leverage this accumulated expertise across the art, science, and business of stonecutting to offer you state-of-the-art advice and counsel about memorials, monuments, as well as the products and services that surround them.
We’re dedicated to making your experience with us a comforting and positive one.
We believe that a personal relationship is crucial while we develop a memorial. And so we will take the time to know you and learn about the life of the loved one whom you wish to honor. In fact, we are deeply humbled by the fact that many of our clients are now family friends, keeping in touch with emails, letters, and even personal visits.
We look forward to meeting you and your family.
